• Replacement of twenty-one domestic water risers for an occupied 43 story, 655 unit condominium building was completed in nine months.
• The project included the replacement of branch piping to each fixture. Flush valve type toilets were replaced with new tank type toilets at the selection of each unit owner.
  
• Unit owners were left with a working bathroom and kitchen every evening.
  
• Townhall meetings were held prior to the start of work to provide owners with the plan for the work within their unit and allow an opportunity to ask questions of the project team.
• We evaluated the building chases and found a way to reduce the duration and cost of the project by relocating risers and finding alternate ways to access the piping.
