Total Construction - 10,000 square feet



  • New banquet hall, kitchen and bathroom addition
  • Integration of the new addition with the existing 1920's italian style mansion
  • Incorporation of interior and exterior architectural features of the existing mansion in the new pavilion
  • Load bearing masonry construction
  • Steam to hot water conversion of the existing mansion heating system
  • Replace the existing mansion windows with new aluminum clad wood windows with replication of original 1920 window features
  • Upgrade of the water, sewer and electrical services for the existing building

  • Wrap around veranda for outdoor dinning
